Key Lime Pie VII

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2012
very easy to make. it never bubbled in the oven but it turned out fine. wasnt really my cup of tea but my parents raved about it when i brought it to christmas dinner so i was happy. i thought it tasted a bit to much like swetneer cond milk and not tarte enough, this was most likely due to the fact i used regular limes.

Maple Walnut Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2011
i used a whole 43ml bottle of maple extract (almost 4x recomended) and it still tastes like prodimintly white chocolate not even a hint of maple, for 2 batchs the ingredient cost around $20 dollars which was alot for my $100 christmas budget.

Molasses Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2011
i had some difficulty with the dough, i refrigirated in air tight container over night as suggested and the dough was very very dry couldnt even form balls so i ended up adding 1 third cup softened margarine to it, i suggest chilling for about an hour only. still couldnt roll it, defently not a recipe to use cookie cutters. despite the dificulties, the finished product tastes amasing definitly 5 stars despit the difficulties

Coconut Macaroons III

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2011
very simple to make, i used parchment paper and bottoms came out a little over cooked and the tops a little pale, i would have liked if they came out looking like the picture with the raspberries but oh well they still taste good,

Banana Pudding IV

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2011
the taste of the pudding base is OKAY but for $6 bucks for the condensed milk and cream cheese it is not worth it, the condensed milk waaaaaaay overpowers the whole thing ,tastes like condesned milk pudding, i tried another recipe with just 8ounce sour cream 2 cups milk 1 package pudding and container of whipped for the pudding base and it was much better and cheaper than this, will not make again
