Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

I really liked this recipe. It was very easy. I read the reviews. It said if you are using salted butter and it called for unsalted butter to cut back the salt from 1/2 tsp. to 1/4 tsp. I did that. It tasted wonderful My family wants me to make this again. It is a keeper!! I will file away in my cookbook!!

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2009
This recipe is very good well worth all the preparation time it takes to make this. I did some changes. I put the chicken, spinach and ricotta cheese and assembled as sauce, noodles and this mixture then last layer mozzeralla cheese and parmesan cheese!! I made the night before!! Just popped in the oven. I would also add more cooking time.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2008
This recipe was really easy to make. All of us liked it. I did make some changes on this recipe. I did not add ginger. I also mixed the ketchup and brown sugar together and put this on top of the loaf. I alos used a 13 x 9 dish and mounded up the meatloaf in the center of the dish. It made it easy to slice and the slices were not huge. I would make this again anytime!!

Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2009
This was very easy. It tastes better than the taco seasoning packets you buy in the store. I substituted 1/8 cayenne pepper for the pepper flakes and just used 1 tsp. of cumin, as the reviewer "I'm Nuts too" said to do. I used 1 # pound ground beef for this recipe. I tripled it, with 4 sons, my husband and company around they ate it quickly. My husband liked how spicier it was than store bought taco seasoning packets!! I think I will make some ahead and put in freezer. It makes 2 Tbsp.-2 1/8 Tbsp.for one recipe- 1# ground beef!!
