Honey Glazed Ham
OK - I'm starting this off by saying that I personally do not like ham. But with company coming over on a particularily cold day I thought that a homestyle dinner of ham, scalloped potatoes and steamed veggies would be a hit! The ham was unbelievably delicious! While my husband was carving it in the kitchen, the guests were nibbling at the 'little pieces'!! Super easy, tasty and a big hit! Thanks! A keeper! (oh, I did try some...it wasn't bad..hahaha)

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These muffins were easy and quick to prepare. I used frozen blueberries with great success. A couple of suggestions: do NOT over mix..blend ingredients until just combined. If using frozen berries, drain in a colander first to remove the extra juice. Do not add more liquid to the mix..it should be thick. Use an ice cream scoop to put the batter in to the muffin tin. Very yummy..can be frozen after and reheated. Thanks..will make again!

Coconut Cake III
This is a super fast and very easy cake to make...15 minutes from pantry to oven. Caution - this is one big sucker and will easily serve many people. I toasted the coconut for the topping as it adds to the appeal. My husband had 2 pieces and said that the frosting is the best part. Me....I had 1 as it had a bit too much frosting for my liking. Oh...I used pecans instead of walnuts. Thanks for the recipe.
