Salisbury Steak

I love this recipe. To be fair, I do not follow the recipe exactly, rather I've changed it up thanks to the reviews. I add 1/3 can of cream of mushroom soup to the ground beef mixture along with seasoned salt, breadcrumbs, diced onions and some diced garlic. I also do not make the gravy as written in this recipe, I just make two packets of lipton onion and mushroom soup mix as the gravy, following the directions on the side of the box. After browning the patties in the skillet, I transfer to a casserole dish, pour sauce over the top and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Comes out sooooo moist and delish, it's indescribable! We eat with mashed potatoes and sister shubert rolls. MMMMM.

Chicken Milano

Amazing dish. Tasted as good as the restaurants, if not soooo much better, knowing what ingredients you've put into it! Honestly- this dish is delicious. It tasted even better the next day after I heated up the leftovers in the microwave. Out of necessity, I used tenders instead of breasts, and put it over penne pasta and not fettuccini, and it made no difference taste wise, of course.

Fried Chicken with Creamy Gravy

So, so good. I fried it for a few minutes on each side and baked it the rest of the way to cook. So so moist and flavorful. My food hating toddler grabbed a leg and was chowing down.

Chicken With Mushrooms

This is soooo delicious! I made a few changes, of course, out of neccessity. I used chicken tenders instead of breasts. I made my own breadcrumbs. I used one chicken bullion cube instead of the stock (or was it broth) called for, because I had none at home. I sauteed the mushrooms with garlic before adding them to the pan. I added cream of broccoli to the broth. It was sooooo creamy, the chicken was so moist. My husband said it was 'excellent'. My 5 year old daughter said it is the best chicken I've made. Thats saying a lot because she doesn't really like this type of food. I served this with mashed potatoes from this site (traditional mashed potatoes).
