I love this recipe. To be fair, I do not follow the recipe exactly, rather I've changed it up thanks to the reviews. I add 1/3 can of cream of mushroom soup to the ground beef mixture along with seasoned salt, breadcrumbs, diced onions and some diced garlic.
I also do not make the gravy as written in this recipe, I just make two packets of lipton onion and mushroom soup mix as the gravy, following the directions on the side of the box. After browning the patties in the skillet, I transfer to a casserole dish, pour sauce over the top and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Comes out sooooo moist and delish, it's indescribable! We eat with mashed potatoes and sister shubert rolls. MMMMM.
