Made these yesterday and they were very good but a little too spicy for me. Husband loved them so that's a plus! Like others have suggested, I added some milk so my batter wouldn't be so dry. I also stuffed a little cream cheese inside of each egg. All the cheese ended up coming out before they finished cooking. Not really sure what I did wrong there. Next time I'll try stuffing them with less cheese and see what happens. Other than that this is a wonderful recipe that goes great with food at a BBQ. You could also wrap these in bacon and grill them.

White Chili II

This chili is very good and I'd definitely be making this again. I used less cayenne pepper and chicken broth. I also mashed half the beans to make the chili thicker. All I had was dry beans so I used those instead of canned. For those who want to use dry beans: 2/3 cup dry beans = one 15 ounce can beans

Honey Bun Cake I

Awesome cake! I had to reduce some of the ingredients because I could only find a 15oz package of cake mix. Husband said it tasted just like a honey bun.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

My husband loved these. Much better than the store bought muffin mixes. Never had a muffin with frash fruit before. I loved them and this will be my go to recipe for blueberry muffins from now on.

Crescent Dogs

These are very tasty and go great with french fries or tator tots. Instead of stuffing the hotdogs I bought cheese dogs to save a little time. Just poke a few holes in each dog with a fork and wrap with crescent dough.

Hearty Vegetable Lasagna

I use this recipe to trick my husband into eating vegetables. I loved it! It was perfect without adding or taking anything away. I did have to add some ground turkey for the hubbie. He loves his meat. I wouldn't have added it but I was a little worried he wouldn't even try it. Thank you for this recipe!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is my go to recipe for homemade chocolate cookies. My whole family loves these! Sometimes I switch it up and use different kinds of chips. Our favorite is a mixture of chocolate and peanut butter chips. I also make them pretty big. One of those and a big glass of milk hmmmmm.

Perfect Baked Jerk Chicken

My husband and I love this recipe! I have to make it every once in a while or he will start asking for it. Actually I'm making it today. I always prepare it exactly like the recipe says and it comes out great everytime. I don't cook my chicken as long as it says though because I don't make as much as the recipe calls for.
