Easy Orange Cream Slush

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2010
It really does taste similar to Orange Julius. I did take a suggestion and used less ice cubes. It's a keeper. Update* Sub Mango Banana Yogurt for the milk, added a tad more oj. It was more runny, but pefect for the occasion. Used 5 ice cubes.

Mediterranean Puff Pastry Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2010
This was fantastic. I felt like we were eating at a restaurant. I would next time pre-cook the chicken a little to eliminate so much juice and soggy puff pastry. I didn't have sun-dried tomatoes or basil pesto, but I did use sun-dried tomato pesto with basil in it. It was delicious everyone loved it and I most certainly will make again. Oh, I almost forgot. I pounded the chicken a bit. I liked to make sure my meat is cooked thoroughly. Who wants to go through all that hard work to wind up with under cooked chicken. I don't :)

I didn't wrap in a tortilla, but it was delicious. The batter is universal to use in other dishes.

Super Bowl Bites

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2010
I was very reluctant to put raw meat in the buns and then put in the oven. It turned out superb. I left out the cheese and the mayo. It wasn't missed. They went very quickly. A 1/2 pound of ground chuck from Whole Foods was enough for the 12 mini/slider buns I bought.

The sauce was on spot! I didn't have any white vinegar and didn't want to buy it for one recipe. I used apple cider vinegar. It was fine.
