Strawberry Chantilly

Wasn't very surprising, tasted kinda like the Good Humour Strawberry Ice Cream Bars. I also baked the crumbs that are suppose to be on top. It just didn't seem right to eat cold butter on top of a dessert. It definitely gave it some texture.

Delicious! Will use half the salt next time. I also added zucchini while the garlic and jalapenos were sauteed. Served with white rice.

The entire family enjoyed this. I left out the green peppers and halved everything except the carrots and green beans. Surprisingly delicious. Let's see how they feel in a couple of days.

Perfecto! Did not use butter or ham, just egg and bacon. Yummy! Family loved them and very easy breakfast on the go.

Peppy's Pita Bread

Reviewed: May 20, 2010
Terrific. Won't buy from store again. Used the paper bag technique. Using convection it only took 3 minutes on 475. Put in bag for 10 minutes. Cut in half with kitchen scissors and melted butter in cast iron pan and toasted lightly on both sides. Stuffed with chicken, avocado, tomatoes and ranch dressing. Delicious!

Took another reviewer's advice. Used no flour, no cornstarch. Cut in half. Put in freezer for an hour and a half. Tasted just like a restaurant's appetizer. Delicious!

Hubby liked it! I didn't care for it. But it was something different. Used cast iron grill on top of stove. Lovely grill marks.

Will make again, definitely one of my favorites. Something different and delicious. I had no pecans so I used chopped walnuts. Used parchment paper, probably not necessary. 300 degrees, 11 minutes using convection. Made 74.

Broiled Grapefruit Crisp

Very Good! Quick and easy. I don't see how you can broil for 10 minutes. I used another's suggestion and lowered the temperature, but still cooked it for 10 minutes.
