Cheddar Biscuits

YUM!!! I used 2 cups all purpose flour with 1 TBS baking powder and 1TSP salt. Added 1/3 cup softened butter as well. (As per another review, I don't like the "Bisquick" taste in my biscuits either) I also threw in a few shakes of dried Red Pepper flakes, few shakes of Oregano (in place of the parsley) and used 1 TSP fresh minced garlic in place of the garlic salt. Fantastic! This is a quick easy go to recipe for busy weeknights :)

Oatmeal Chip Cookies

AWESOME!!! I took the suggestion of another reviewer and added two shakes of cinnamon and two shakes of nutmeg..I know thats not a real technical measurement but it worked for me :) Baked mine for 8 min and they were perfect!!!

Banana Bread - Quick Bread for Machines

Mine turned out a lil mushy and under done as well. I used the fruit and nut bread setting in my bread machine. Also used an extra 1/2 banana and sub. applesauce for oil (as I do in most recipes). I think I will use the basic setting next time on my machine or move the dough to the oven and bake it that way. Will surly make this again because the flavor was great, perfect with a cup off coffee for breakfast!

Steakhouse Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine

YUM! The only thing I changed was that I used 3/4 cup brewed coffee in place of the 3/4 cup water and instant coffee. I didn't have any instant to dissolve when I made this so I just did it that way and it was perfect!

Sally's Spinach Mashed Potatoes

Great recipe. I left out the dill because I did not have any but didn't replace it with any other seasoning so I though they were a little bland-my fault. I think I will make them again and throw in some bacon bits this time!

Honey Whole Wheat Bread

My kids love it!! So I have made a loaf about everyday for the last week or more. Recipe is perfect, wouldn't change a thing. Great toasted with a little jelly for breakfast, awesome sandwich bread for lunch, and great served hot out of the oven for dinner.

Garlic Yeast Bread

The best bread ever!!!! I added a little extra garlic the second time around and it was great, didn't feel it was too overpowering. Awesome recipe..wouldn't change a thing! Perfect with spaghetti - pasta dishes :)

Fluffy Biscuits

These will do in a pinch I guess... Mine did not rise that much and just had a "flour" taste to them. I even put in an extra teaspoon of sugar? But, served warm enough butter and jelly will do the trick :)

Key Lime Pie VII

WE LOVE IT!!! Used 1/2 regular sweetened cond. milk and 1/2 fat free sweetened cond. milk- saved a few calories/fat and you couldn't tell a bit!! Could not find key limes so I got the already squeezed stuff, also the produce section, in the lil green bottle. At 4 oz. each I used 1 and a half of those - that saved a lot of time not having to squeeze the all the limes. I will do this again using real key limes but I cant imagine it could taste any better! Also, I'm anxious to try with all fat free SCMilk and fat free sour cream?
