Honey-Nut Chicken Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2007
This is so good. I bought a package of frozen stir fry veggies on sale and was looking for something to do with them. I did add a half of package of cooked noodles (used Chinese style, similar to spaghetti) as I put the orange juice mixture in. We loved it.

Spinach Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2006
This was really good. I sauted regular onions in the butter first and before I added the flour I added some garlic and some red pepper flakes. I used fresh spinach because I had some that need to be used. I always brine my chiken and pork. I keep a container with half salt and half sugar and before I cook a I place my chicken or pork in a zip lock bag with a few tablespoons of the mixture and then add water. I let it sit at least an hour. If you do this you will never have dried out pork or chicken again. Most brine recipes are more complex that this but it works perfectly.

Hungarian Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2006
We like this and I make it occasionally. I like the fact it uses things I have usually have on hand. One thing I do differently is first I saute some sliced onions, removing them before I brown the pork chops. Then return them with the sauce. I also add some garlic along with the sauce.

Souvlaki

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2005
I have made this with both pork and chicken. Both were outstanding. I learned somewhere to put meat and vegies on different skewers. It gives you more control in cooking. I serve this with Greek Style Potatoes also from Allrecipes site, add a greek style salad and you have an easy but really great dinner.

Surprise Burgers

Reviewed: May 29, 2004
This was really good. I made it for friends and everyone liked it. It took a little longer to barbecue, but other than some salt and pepper, I followed the recipe exactly.

Cajun Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2003
I have prepared this reciped twice. It is great. The only thing I changed was to use no cook pasta. I just put a little of the plain sauce on the bottom of the dish before the first layer of noodles.
