Great recipe and will probably turn out better with a little practice. I fried them on a nonstick frying pan since we don't have our grill going and they came out very well. I used 1 cup of whole wheat flour and it added just a touch of flavor and whole grain. I wish I'd remembered to put in the garlic and to brush it all with butter...but even so, they were yummy and a great addition to our Indian dinner. (My 6 year old loved dipping it in the spinach dal-- his first time for both and he thought it was great!)
