Chicken Cheese Ball

This was pretty good as is but add hot sauce and it is really good - either in the dip before serving or put the bottle beside and let guest add as desired.

Shrimp Gazpacho

This recipe is great as a starter - I used all tomato juice, salad shrimp, added 2 diced jalapeno peppers, 2 T. garlic powder, 2 T. Worchestershire sauce and about 10 T. hot sauce. My wife and I love our food spicy so we made these changes/additions. Great recipe - thanks Dawn!

Kettle Corn

I am the "sue" who submitted this recipe and I am so glad & thankful for the great reviews! I had the 3 kernal test (I always use Orville Redenbachers's corn too as the better corn really makes a difference) in the directions and was a little disapointed to see when the recipe appeared online - had been left out. I always use a stir crazy popcorn machine as this is always a multiple batch making recipe @ my house - left over corn is not as good but still always eaten!! I heat the oil, put in 3 kernals and when they pop - add the sugar. When it melts (happens quickly) add the rest of corn. As soon as the popping stops, dump it into a waiting bowl and sprinkle with salt. Dive in and enjoy!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I have been making this meatloaf for quite some time and it turns out perfect every time. I started making it in individual portions using large muffin tin since I usually double the recipe it makes leftovers easier to pack for our girls to take home since it is one of their favorite meals!! or if they let us keep it can be frozen and used for single serving. Thanks for a great recipe!!

Onion Pasta

Love this! I made it last year and should have reviewed it then. Candy onions appeared at our local market and I used them. Made as listed first time, then modified using less oil and some beef broth and thyme to give it a french onion soup - ish flavor. It is great as written, though. Onions have appeared again this year so will be making again soon....
