Sausage and Cornbread Dressing

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2014
I used sweet turkey Italian sausage instead of spicy sausage and I crumbled fresh biscuits along with the cornbread. I used a little celery salt instead of regular salt and added an additional cup of broth. This dressing was awesome, it only made it one day. I'll definitely me making this again for Christmas.

Pecan Dijon Chicken

Reviewed: May 1, 2012
Good recipe, I made a few suggested changes. I used less mustard and more honey. I didn't add any lemon juice, because i thought it might contrast with the orange juice. I also added a splash of maple. I seasoned the chicken too. It was delicious.

Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2012
Very good recipe. I baked the talapia instead of frying it. I only used one chipotle pepper instead of two, because it would have been way too spicy. I didn't use salt, and I used Kraft sandwich spread instead of mayo. It was great.

Red Velvet Cake I

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2011
I made this cake on Christmas eve, and it didn't turn out as expected. It didn't rise, so I made red velvet brownies out of it instead. It was very rich to me, but my guests ate it all. I only gave it three stars because of all the adjustments you had to make. The fact that it didn't rise was purely my own fault, because I mixed it to long because it was so thick.
