Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2013
These are the best banana muffins I have ever made! I used 4 small bananas, and added 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. cinnamon to batter. It made 12 muffins and I cooked them for 20 minutes. Perfectly moist and rich. This recipe is a keeper!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2012
This was very moist and flavorful. The only things I added were a packet of dry onion soup mix and garlic salt. It did need to cook a little longer. I will definitely make this again!

Quinoa and Black Beans

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2010
This is one of the best tasting quinoa recipes I have ever made. I used only 1 can of black beans and fresh corn as some others suggested and added a couple of squirts of fresh lime juice. One thing I might also add is that if you are not familiar with cooking quinoa, you need to fluff with a fork after cooking so it separates.

Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2004
Quick and easy! So moist that you can cut it with a fork. I doubled this recipe and used a jelly roll pan instead of a 13x9. I will definitely make this again!

Apricot Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2004
What a terrific recipe! I sprinkled the chops with garlic powder, salt and pepper when browning then followed the rest of the recipe exactly. These have to be the best baked pork chops that I have ever tasted! The sauce is great over white rice. Just add salad and you've got an easy, tasty meal.

Grandma's Homemade Banana Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2003
I have been looking for a new banana bread recipe and this one is the BEST of the many that I have tried from this site. I added 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 c. chopped nuts and baked it in a 9x5 loaf pan for 1 hour...PERFECT...the crust and inside were just right, the flavor was terrific and the bread was good plain or toasted. This recipe is a keeper! Thanks to Jeannie Meyer for sharing this terrific recipe with this site!
