I am a graduate of LCB Orlando, I have two daughters and am expecting my third surprise in March. I am trying to establish my own company called Saucy Catering. I love to learn about everything but I take pride in personalized gifts. I want to become a Chef that will hire people with little to no experience and help them gain a trait to make a career and better their lives. I also want to have a non profit that will help people with eating disorders, weight loss or gain to educate them on food and the value of FRESH, flavorful food that doesn't have to be "fattening". I want to do it all & have fun doing it. In the end I want to travel the world trying new cuisines and creating my own culinary form. I love FRESH & SEASONAL foods, I think it builds character to live off the "seasonal land".
