Fabulous Fudge Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2005
Excellent cake! I did a 2 layer cake instead of a sheet cake, and it turned out perfectly. The frosting sets up too quickly for frosting a layer cake, so I suggest using the carmel frosting in the receipe between the 2 layers and make a chocolate frosting for the top and sides of the layer cake as this frosting receipe sets up too quickly to ice anything other than a sheet cake.

Grilled Stuffed Swordfish

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2003
Absolutely fantastic and out of the ordinary recipe for swordfish! Don't skip stuffing! --it adds greatly to the flavor & uniqueness. Also, I used left over stuffing (arugula, etc.) by placing it directly on the serving plate and placing the cooked fish on top, dribbling sauce over all!

Adobo Sirloin

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2003
Excellent! We marinated overnight with entire can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, grilled steak 24 hours later. This had flavor & spice, but reviews that say it smell bad and/or dish is too spicy must not be used to southwestern flavor & spices. We considered this dish "mild" for Arizona tastes and wonderful!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2003
I added bourbon instead of honey.Brownies are truly the "Best Ever." Don't be afraid of the thick frosting.Place scoops on top of hot brownies and it melts into a perfect frosting with a little pushing around!
