Chocolate Chip Pie III

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2013
I made this pie according to the recipe without any adjustments. It came out looking like a big cookie pie, basically. It tasted very good!

Creamy Blueberry Pie

I made this pie without making any adjustments and it came out wonderful. It was the biggest hit at the dessert table on Thanksgiving and there were no leftovers the next day!

Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2013
This was my first time making irish soda bread and I was absolutely pleased with the result. For the most part, I followed the recipe exactly, except instead of 1 tbsp of caraway seeds, I only used about 1/4 tsp. I used a cask iron skillet and baked for about 65 minutes. Beautiful result, nice moisture for a bread but not too cakey. I will definitely be making this again!

SO easy and so good... I tripled the recipe and all of the turtles were gone in one short evening. A huge success! Great for xmas parties.

Caramel Turtle Brownies

Pretty good... I can't say I love the cake mix part of it, but I do love how easy these are to make and how gooey they are even after they're baked.

Cute, fun treat... easy to make. Eat it fast as it doesn't stay very good for long once refrigerated

Marshmallow Treats

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
My treats came out perfect. Melt butter on the lowest stovetop setting. Add in the marshmallows to the same temperature, and just follow the directions from there. It may take more time, but your treats will be crispy, moist, and wonderful. :)

Hamburger Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
Big hit at the BBQ! Everyone asked me if I was a professional cake decorator and it made my day. I didn't melt candy or anything, and instead used all frosting. The most difficult part was putting cookies on the chocolate frosting for a burnt look effect, because all the crumbs fell into the bottom "bun" and onto the ketchup/mustard. Anyway, it turned out great and was really tasty!

Apple Strudel Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2003
Very good... I took the advice about doubling apples and using 1/2 white sugar, 1/2 brown. My muffins came out good but weren't as moist as I had hoped. The company loved them though!
