This was my 1st attempt at making Chef Gordon Ramsay's Beef Wellington. It doesn't look that great - but tasted really really good :)

Photography Notes: I bought pre-made puff pastry let that thaw out to about room temp. Covered my beef with white wine mustard, salt and pepper. Made a mushroom pate with crimini and button mushrooms and salt and pepper. Rolled the puff pastry out and put the pate on top. Placed the beef on top of the pate and puff pastry and rolled it up. Gently scored the top of the puff pastry and brushed with egg wash. Sprinkled coarse salt and baked :)
