Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2004
after the first batch, I realized the cookies were more like brownies, so used mini muffin tins and they were such a hit!!! I also used Peppermint Patties, which were messy to spread, but turned out yummy.

Zucchini-Cheese Appetizer Squares

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2004
This was an awful, greasy, tasteless mess!!! It took almost an hour to prep with all the grating, and it had no taste. I made this for a party, and ended up bringing doughnuts because I was too embarrased to bring this concoction.

Easy Toffee

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2004
It is easier if you melt the butter and sugar in the microwave and mix until completely blended. I usually add candy bits or sprinkles for the occasion, such as little Christmas trees, colored stars, or brightly colored sugar.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2004
Awesome!!!! I did not use kiwis, just strawberries, apples and raspberries. I also used grape jelly instead of preserves and it came out amazing.

Crunch Bar

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2003
This is fabulous!!! It is so easy to make, and people can't believe what the ingredients are. I melted the butter and sugar in the microwave, and I omitted the nuts, but sprinkled on little colorful Christmas trees. It was a huge hit!!!

Carla's Fruit Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2003
This was very good, but a bit too rich and sweet for my taste. I made it again with just the marshmallow and cream cheese and it was fabulous!
