Teriyaki Chicken Burgers

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2012
Pretty good! I was surprised that the consistency was a little 'wet'- and didn't hold shape like it would if it was just ground beef or chicken. But they still grilled fine- I used my indoor grill (plates on top and bottom. I started just glopping it into a ball and the grill pressed it down nicely. Tasted better than just plain burgers. Probably will use more pepper next time (I didn't use jalapenos.)

Baked Trout Saratoga

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2007
What a quick and easy recipe! I made it even easier by using a can of seasoned diced tomatoes- just drizzled the fish in olive oil/pepper, topped with the tomatoes, and baked. I had 1 lb of trout from the grocery store, so 1 14 oz can was plenty. Also, it was cut thinner, so 30 min was a bit too long, will shorten the cooking time by 5-10 min next time.

Quick and Spicy Fish Fillets

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2005
Easy and very yummy! I use this recipe all the time, on various types of fish. I substituted bread crumbs for the corn flakes and it comes out terrific.

Insanely Easy Vegetarian Chili

Reviewed: May 3, 2004
I wouldn't say this was insanely EASY, as the chopping takes awhile, but it is insanely GOOD. So good, in fact, my husband and I make this once a week, every week! I also add a can of black beans. Adding a bag of Boca crumblies also turns out great, but it has so much flavor it isn't necessary.

Why spend an hour in preparation when you can make this? Tastes AWESOME, and sooooo easy!

Cabbage Roll Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2000
I find this recipe works best with italian-seasoned, chopped tomatoes. The longer it's cooked, the better the flavor. This might be a good one to try in a slow cooker...
