Great recipe! I had to make some changes because I was missing a few things when the urge to bake hit.I used 1oz of egg substitute, and 1 C mini semi-sweet chips, but otherwise followed the recipe. Also, as recommended in some reviews, I brought everything to room temp before mixing (exept melted butter, but I did let that cool considerably) and chilled the dough for almost 2 hours before baking. I chilled my dough in a log then cut the chilled log into 16 equal slices. I popped the slices from the fridge directly onto the cookie sheet for the second sheet of cookies. One last thing, I had to bake mine for 22 minutes, and had 2 baking sheets full (16 cookies).
