German Chocolate Cake Frosting

It turned out Delicious, but.... this recipe lacks some key important steps/indicators, as a few other reviews have mentioned.... the "Cook time" is completely wrong at LOW heat. Given that stovetops vary, it would've been helpful to know just how THICK to make it... ie) until it runs off the spoon very slowly. It took almost 30min of stirring to become what I considered thick enough (not even very thick) and that was at 3-4 heat. It would've been nice to know, since I was on a time schedule. I'll make it again probably, but I'll be more prepared for the amount of time this recipe will take!

Playgroup Granola Bars

These are pretty good, taste-wise. Although, the amount you end up with is not actually enough to fill a 9X13 pan! So, the edges turned out thin and burnt :-( This recipe needs to be adjusted. Next time, I will double the recipe & I'm sure it will fill a 9X13 pan perfectly then.

Pizza Dough III

The taste? very good. The prep? Not so much. I followed the instructions perfectly, but my dough came out very gooey, too gooey to work with. I had to add flour, like many other reviewers had to do. I might make it again, but I will have to adjust the proportions. Maybe 1/2 to 3/4 cup water, instead, while increasing the flour to 2.5 to 3 cups... aghh... disappointing. I mean, to see so many perfect reviews. This recipe is NOT perfect.

Molasses Mistake Cornbread

My main complaint? too much salt. I think 1/2 tsp would serve better... I also didn't find it sweet enough. It could use either more molasses or some sugar. The texture was nice though and it was very moist.
