Hearty Split Pea Soup

Really womdrful.. My spouse who says things are okay loved this soup and went back and had 3rds. I used chicken broth instead of water.. soup was great even this first night.

Matzo Apple Kugel

Made it last night for the sedar. It was wonderful. I did substitute raisins for the dried cranberries. I doubled the reicpe so I'd have some left over for tonight. Great

Holiday Thumbprint Cookies

I served it for Christmas and my family loved. I will make this again. I used oakflour instead of self rising flour because of wheat allergies and it was very good.

Lemon Meringue Pie III
