Cajun Chicken Pasta

I made this and midway through preparation I realized that I had no cream or condensed milk. So, I substituted a large can of Campbell Cream of Chicken Soup with half a can of water. I also added about 8 oz of frozen broccoli florets and 1/4 tsp of ground red pepper. OMG, this came out wonderful. I used 3 half chicken breasts and it made enough for 7 people. Absolutely wonderful. This will be a regular when I expect company. Quick, easy and elegant.

Spaghetti Pie

I skipped the green pepper and mushrooms, Add a meat sauce, hot Italian sausage, and pepperoni. This is a fantastic recipe. Now my totally favorite food. Super Yummy. I call it Spagizza.
