Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2004
This recipe was just okay. I've found a better one, and will not use this again.

Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2004
This is a great recipe. So easy and so good. Nice banana flavor and very moist. Thanks for the great recipe. Much better than some of the other banana recipes I've tried.

Italian Dressing Mix

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2004
Great mix of spices. Per the suggestions, I left out the salt. The salt from the garlic salt is plenty. I also added 1 tsp of sugar for better balance. Overall, great recipe. Thanks!

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2004
Very good, though a little on the sweet side. I think it's because I didn't use granny smith apples. Next time, I will try using a more sour apple and also cut the sugar by just a little. Instead of using a 9x13 pan, I used 3 nine inch pie pans - fit perfectly. Definately a keeper. Thank you for the great recipe.

This was very good! I made it for my son's outdoor birthday bash and it was a big hit. The ribs were tender and flavorful. Thanks for the great recipe.

The Best Steamed Asparagus

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2004
This was very nice. I followed the advise of another reviewer, and cut the wine in half. I'm glad I did, because it was still just a little over powering.

Cola Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2004
This recipe is very simple, and the result was just as uneventful. It was very bland. I used garlic salt and soy sauce to give it some life, and it still came out bland. I didn't think it was too sweet. I do want to try this again, but the recipe requires a lot of adjustments.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2004
Very good! I added left over peacans and coconut from Holiday baking which made it even better. It was good right out of the oven and yes, even better the next day. This freezes well too. I will definately make this again. Thank you for the great recipe.

Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2003
Very easy and very yummy! The kids loved it. I used a food processor to crush the saltine crackers. It coats much better this way. I did not have any potatoe flakes on hand but it still came out crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. Thank you for the great recipe.

Easy Morning Glory Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2003
These are very tasty muffins. A little time consuming however, with all the shredding that is needed for the carrots and the apples. Thanks for the tip about adding the applesauce and reducing the oil. They came out just right!!! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2003
This is the second time I've tried this recipe, and it came out the same way - a little dry and cake like. I don't understand what I did wrong. I followed the recipe exactly. The taste was good but it was not fudgy at all. Maybe I'll try a little less flour next time.

Way Easy Pizza Sauce/Bread Stick Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2003
This was truly "WAY EASY"! I added a little bit more fresh garlic and some minced fresh cilantro for more impact and it turned out very flavorful. I would definately make this again. Thanks for the great recipe.
