Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
This is excellent! I made a few changes that make it a bit tastier and more simple. I use Bertolli Garlic Alfredo sauce (jarred), whipped garlic & herb cream cheese, 1 Tablespoon minced garlic (jarred), 1/2 cup mozzerela cheese, 1 cup italian blend cheese, and 1/2 cup colby. I also chop the artichokes and add a little garlic powder and salt. I also mix all the ingredients in a bowl and top with a little shredded italian blend for presentation. This is not exactly a healthy choice, but a good "once-in-a-while" indulgence! I never have to worry about bringing home leftovers when I take it to a party--always a hit!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
Great recipe! I am a vegetarian and even made this with ease for my sick boyfriend...thank goodness for the cooked cube chicken! I took others' suggestions and used 1 can of cream of chicken soup, and 2 boxes of organic chicken broth (also lower in sodium). Sauteed the carrots with the celery and substituted scallions for onions, which I added with the broth & chicken. Added the egg noodles half-way through cooking time. Turned out great (although I didn't actually taste it)! My boyfriend LOVED it-- ate two huge bowls--and he's somewhat picky. Great simple semi-homemade recipe!

Party Pinwheels
Excellent! I made these for a Christmas party I went to with my boyfriend where I hardly new anyone. These were the hit of the party! Nothing left to take home (and I am the only one who can say that)! I made a few minor changes.... I used sun-dried tomato tortillas and chile-jalapeno tortillas to get into the holiday spirit (3 of each, although the green ones were the fajita size). I also used 1 8 oz lite plain cream cheese and 1 8 oz vegetable cream cheese. I took the other reviewers advise and used not quite all of the ranch mix (I meant to use 3/4 but used a little more than that).I used my handy dandy chopper for the peppers and celery. Simple, easy, and delicious!
