Baked Potato Soup II

awesome base, I added garlic, onions, celery, cheese (into the soup) and garnished with chives and real bacon pieces. I will try to make the roux with bacon drippings next time. :)

I followed the recipe to the tee -- except for using Italian seasoning in place of oregano. This recipe came out perfect...even my picky kids who never ate calamari before loved it. Thanks a bunch. Lisa

Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

These cookies turned out delicious. I followed the recipe exactly and had no problems at all. In addition, I used the only peanut butter I had (Sav-a-lot brand) and they were still perfect. I am not sure that using a name brand is necessary. I will make these again soon. Thanks!!!!!!!

I just made this for my husband and he loved it. I used skim milk and added 1 tsp of garlic salt and 1 tsp of onion salt. Very delicious, thanks!

Tuna-Stuffed Tomatoes

I tried this the other day and it was very good. The only problem is the tuna cooked very quickly but the tomato was still very firm. I will try to bake it next time instead of broiling

Herb Roasted Pork

My family enjoyed this for dinner last night. I changed the vinegar to apple cider vinegar, and I didn't have any sage so I used poultry seasoning instead. It was amazing. I was so tired of pork before this, you see my husband is allergic to chicken. So it is pork night around here a lot. lol.
