Lasagna Roll-Ups

When I try a recipe for the first time, I follow it exactly. But I should have read some of the reviews first. This could have used more seasoning, garlic, basil etc. To have 3 roll-ups each was a bit much for just 2 people especially with a salad side. We had left-overs. I will make it again, but with some tweaking. As I always have my own homemade sauce on hand, it gives it more flavour. Thanks for a great idea.

Phyllo-Wrapped Halibut Fillets with Lemon Scallion Sauce

My first time ever using phyllo dough. I was a bit hesitant but all recipes I've tried from this site has yet to disappoint me. I rescaled the ingredients for 8, didn't make any other changes and it is absolutely delicious. Eight was our original guest list, we ended up having 12, but it was still enough to go around. I also made an aioli (also from allrecipes) it too did not disappoint. Thank you and keep 'em coming !!

Salmon with Lemon and Dill

I agree as previously stated - 1 hr is just not long enough. But the rub is definitely great tasting and I'll probably use it on other cuts
