This was my first attempt at curry chicken and I am 100% impressed with how it turned out. I made a few modifications; I used pre-cooked chicken and reduced the baking time down to 25 minutes. I also wasn't sure if I'd like the apple in there so I only used 1/3 of an apple (next time I'm going to use the whole apple). I didn't measure any of the spices but I'd imagine that I used more than a tablespoon of the curry powder and paprika since I kept tasting it and it seemed like there wasn't enough. In the end though I had a fantastic dish that I will definitely be making again.
I laid a piece of garlic naan on the plate, piled on some white rice, and covered that with the curry chicken and sauce. It tasted and looked like something from a restaurant!
