This is my Most Fav Peanut butter & chocolate bar recipe EVER. I had to use chocolate chunks instead of chips but that was the only sub I used. Excellent recipe!!!

Loved this. I did as others suggested, using my hands to flatten the biscuit dough into the muffin tin. This would be a great recipe for young children to help make!

Irish Bacon And Cabbage Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2015
OMG - this recipe is definitely a Keeper! It was 5 Star as is - but I know I wont be able to resist adding a few more items (onion, celery, pinch of nutmeg, beans) the next time around. LOL

Turkey Garbanzo Bean and Kale Soup with Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2014
This recipe is a Keeper. I subbed some frozen cooked turkey breast from my freezer & cut back on the pasta - but those were the only changes made. My compliments to the creator! :)

Easy Portuguese Kale Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2014
This is on my Soup List for certain! The only minor changes I made was to "go easy" on both salt & pepper plus I use sweet Italian sausage as that was what I had in my freezer but will definitely try a Polish sausage next time. Thank you rn.leeann for this creation!

King Ranch Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2014
Wow. The seasonings & spices made this a perfectly delectable dish. As to those people who disdained it the loudest because it contained a canned soup, shame shame. All you needed to do was to take a pass OR simply make your own mushroom roux. This really was a very tasty dish with or without using canned soup(I tried it both ways & enjoyed it both times)... and I am sending my thanks to Chef John for once again giving us another option for a great-tasting chicken casserole. :)

Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2014
OMG! This recipe is going to go to the TOP of my pasta recipes. I prepared it as stated. Next time I may add fresh baby spinach into the colander & 'cooking it' by pouring the boiling pasta water over it... My thanks to Robbie Rice for this delish recipe.

Poor Man's Hamburger Steaks

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2013
This is a 5-star recipe AS LONG AS YOU PRE-COOK the hamburgers, then DRAIN AND WIPE the pan clean of grease .... THEN oven bake them. The taste & flavor of these ingredients is awesome!

Sesame Noodles

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2013
Very tasty ... I followed the suggestion to cut both vinegar & sugar down to 4 Tbls & simmered fresh broccoli during the last 5 minutes with the pasta. I also added a cup & a half of fresh baby spinach as the cooked pasta & sauce were combined. The warmth of everything wilted the spinach to perfection! This is definitely a recipe that I'll keep on hand. Thank you! :-)

Butterscotch Bread Pudding

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2013
OMG. This recipe has been put on my permanent Go To Dessert list. Great way to use up old bits & pieces of different breads. I used skim milk & a mix of leftover rye, white, wheat & pretzel bread and was not sorry to do so! -- NOTE: Next time I make this, I'll try cutting back on the brown sugar and butter simply to make it 'healthier' (yeah ... like that's a priority of mine!).

Super Easy Rosemary Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2013
This is a wonderful recipe! I've tried the original, then tried doubling the herbs. Both turned out great (but we did prefer the doubled herb batch). Yesterday I used this recipe to create a light rye bread by changing the 3 C white flour to 1 cup each white, whole wheat & rye flours - also dropped the herbs but adding 1 Tbls caraway and ground flax seed. EXCELLENTLY AWESOME RESULTS!!! - In each case, I used my bread machine to only mix the dough, baking the loaf in my oven. As suggested by others, I followed my bread machine directions with regard to the placement of the yeast (not premixing it). - I'm thinking that I won't be buying 'store-bought' bread very much anymore - so THANK YOU STACY!

Fast, easy and very tasty. I took the 'advice' of others and used softened butter and a couple extra garlic cloves. The bread was used to make Italian sausage sandwiches and were loved by all! Thank you Grace Yaskovic!
