Wilted Spinach

I steamed the spinach in the microwave for 3 minutes. The dressing made the spinach zesty and tasty. It was really yummy!

Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta

I make this each month to replenish the stock of frozen lunches for my husband. This beats anything in the "Budget Gourmet" frozen meals line, and I'm able to add a little bit of love to every bite.

Slow Cooker Carnitas

This is one of the best carnitas recipes I've tried and is super easy to prepare. I cooked this prior to a campout and served it as carnitas one night and put it in a chili for the next night. Wouldn't change a thing!

Best White Icing Ever

This is great icing. Good consistency and is simple to make. I didn't have clear vanilla extract so I used the brown and couldn't tell any change in the color. Yummy!

This is now my signature drink. You can order this at the Venetian in Las Vegas for $9.00 or as I prefer, make up a batch in your room before going out on The Strip. YUMMY!!!

Dee's Roast Pork for Tacos

I do use the crockpot method and this turnes out great every time! I have been very creative with the meat... use in carnitas, enchilatas, and other casseroles. Yummy!

Mushroom Pork Chops

This recipe, by far, is the easiest and tastiest pork chop recipe I have tried and I have been incorporating it into my meal plan for a few years. I add 1/2 can of water to the soup to increase the yummy gravy and serve it all on a bed of rice.

Texas Rice

This recipe would be something that my grandma from the Ozarks would make. It was hearty, flavorful and easy to make. Bacon and its grease isn't an ingredient that I cook with often, while watching my family's fat intake, but it sure makes this combo especially yummy. I will make this again, especially if I'm having my inlaws over for dinner.

Asparagus Ham Dinner

THIS IS FANTASTIC! Easy and yummy, taste like something I order at Applebees. I used leftover ham from Easter dinner and it was so quick to make. I added onion and fresh garlic to the saute. Hubby went for seconds, and the kids ate it all up.
