Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2010
I use this recipe all time and they are always a hit. I recommend using margarine instead of butter for a thinner more brownie-like cookie. Either way these cookies are sure to please!

Spanish Rice Original

This is a wonderful recipe! My husband is allergic to green peppers so I omitted those, and it was still wonderful. The perfect side dish to any Mexican feast!

This is a wonderful recipe! and so easy. It was tender and very flavorful. I even skipped the slicing part and it still turned out wonderfully. We had guests and it was a huge hit!

Baked Ziti IV

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2004
This is slowly becoming a dish I am famous for! I use Ricotta in place of the cottage cheese, but I think that is just a matter of taste. Also, as a matter of taste I have been asked to make it without the sour cream and it is just as good. I usually serve it up with homeade bread and a salad...perfect for a large crowd.

Roast Beef with Coffee

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2004
This was surprisingly delicious! The second time I made it I used a bit of water with the coffee, to take the sharp coffee taste out of the gravy. My family loves this and it is so easy.

Fabulous French Loaves

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2004
This recipe is fabulous, and a success every time. I leave the eggwash out, and usually top with a bit of butter when it is rigthout of the oven. My family begs me to make it all the time!
