Delicious Baked Chicken Kiev

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
Mu husband loved this recipe. I used eggs instead of the butter milk and I added a lot more parsley than is said. I also added a few red chilli flakes for a little head. Great and thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.

Chocolate Trifle

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2009
This recipe is a good basic recipe and you can adjust it to your preference. I made chocolate pudding as the recipe called for on the box except I used half of the milk and half of half and half cream. Condensed milk was too sweet when I made it the last time. I then added a layer of thawed raspberries and everyone cleaned their plates!! Thanks for sharing the recipe. Its really easy to make.

Excellent recipe!! Thanks for sharing. I did cut the chicken breasts to thin them out and marinated the chicken in some butter milk the night before and the chicken was so tender!! Yummy!

BBQ Glazed Homemade Meatballs

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2008
The meat balls were great but the sauce was too sweet. I would suggest buying a spicy BBQ sauce and adding the liquid smoke and using that as the sauce. Other than that the meatballs were moist!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Excellent! I let the butter mixture and the raw shrimp marinate for about 2 hours in the fridge. When I took it out the butter was solid on top but I popped it in the oven anyway and the shrimps turned out perfect!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2008
This recipe needed some work. It was just too spicy but to be fair I did add fresh chillies instead of canned. So I added a bit of sour cream, garlic and spinach. Everyone enjoyed the spice although I didn't think ppl would and ppl actually went up for seconds even though they said it was a bits spicy but addictive!

World's Best Lasagna

Great recipe! I added some fresh spinach in the ricotta mixture to give it some colour. everyone really enjoyed it especially the meat sauce. I would recommend using a really deep dish as it tends to overflow with just two layers.

Cajun Chicken Lasagna

The recipe was excellent. I just made some minor changes. I didn't use the sausages and chicken breast. I used ground chicken (lean) and whole wheat pasta noodles and it tasted fantastic. My husband loved it!

Hot Pizza Dip by 3-A-Day™of Dairy

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2008
This dip was awesome! I had some doubts when I was making it up it turned out great. I added some salt and pepper to taste in the cream cheese mixture. I also sprinkled some cajun seasoning on top of the pizza sauce to add some kick. It was fantastic and super easy to make. My family ate the whole thing in minutes!!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

I think the recipe has potential. I added some broccoli and some ground chillis. It added an extra flare. I would take it easy with the cottage cheese (1/2 cup) and add more sour cream (1/3 cup more) and add more cheddar cheese (1/2 cup) and parmesan (1/2 cup more).
