Campbell's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2008
I advise a bit more milk than the recipe calls for, but this is too easy and tasty not to add to my repertoire. Admittedly added garlic powder and dry mustard. Very good and will make again.

Country House Bed and Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2007
So easy and great tasting. The bonus for me is that this is a breakfast casserole dish feeding four, as opposed to 40. :)

Easy No-Boil Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2009
This was absolutely delicious, easy to prepare, and what a labor saver! I added garlic salt and some black pepper, but otherwise this recipe went un-amended. I really liked the texture / consistency and have already recommended it to three of my friends!

As a native Iowan and growing up eating this home cooked salad, I think this recipe is top notch.

Amy, you are a Goddess! This was the most amazing dish that I have tried in years. Project, no I feel that it was a fun event and I was not disappointed despite the wait. This will be a recipe that I share with other and have to give maximum kudos! P.S. I am not this enthusiastic about many dishes, but thank you for sharing!

Seafood And Cabbage Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2007
Oh my goodness!!! This salad is one to place in the family files!!!! I am a "little bit if this, little bit of that," kind of cook, and I have to say that I used broccoli-slaw in place of the cabbage and the results were fabulous!!! I understand why this was such a hit at the submitter's restaurant! Thanks for sharing and I plan to check out other recipes from this person and share this dish with all of my friends! Bueno!!!!

Elin's Pickled Pumpkin

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2007
Aside from the labor of peeling and cutting the pumpkin, this came out great and my friends at work all asked for the recipe. What a unique addition to the relish tray. PS a couple years after my original review, this is now an annual event to look forward to and my toddler thinks these pickles are wonderful!

Green Chili Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2008
Great recipe. And great way to use left over rice from the Chinese take out! A little diced jalapeno added to the chilies made it perfect for our family.

This is so wonderful!!!! So easy and although it makes two cakes, it is not too much. I took one to work and it was gobbeled up in moments. The other I am saving for my family. Yum!

Potato Wedges with Dip

Perfect for last minute, "i don't really want a lot for dinner," nights. I microwaved the potatoes about 3 minutes before I put in oven to expedite the process.

Sauerkraut Soup I

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2006
This was ridiculously good. All of the tart flavors mellow upon cooking and blend to create a buttery-ish flavor (i.e. in the French onion soup family). I will definitely make this again.

Extra Easy Fudge

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2010
This way way too easy and incredibly scalable! I made one batch as listed, but also one batch subbing the chocolate chips for white chocolate, the chocolate frosting for cream cheese, and the walnuts for cranberries. I can only imagine a plethora of possibilities . . . . dark chocolate chips and frosting with crushed peppermint candies . . . Cherry chips and cherry chip frosting with chocolate sprinkles and pecans . . . yummmm The only note I will share is that it takes FOREVER to set up properly. Should I have waited the alloted time listed, I would have thrown the whole deal out. Easy, but perhaps not quick.
