Graham Cracker Crust I

really easy to make, but I found that baking it made it hard and crystalized. I threw that batch away, and made another and put in the fridge....PERFECT.

Fantastic Mexican Dip

made this last night for a get together for work. There was a lot of food, and this was well received. I added a layer of refried beans to the bottom and then followed the recipe except I used 1 lb of ground beef and 8oz taco sauce. I think two pounds would have been overwhelming. Very good!!

Chocolate Trifle

This is amazing! I had a couple modifications that other reviewers suggested. I added caramel sauce and chopped butterfinger pieces after the whipped cream layer. I also made my own whipped cream using a recipe from this site to mix with the pudding, and then used french vanilla cool whip to layer. Still very rich, but delicious. Everyone loved it. Doesn't last long even though it makes a ton! Only problem with this dessert is that its a little expensive--but well worth it!!

Pumpkin Cookies V

these cookies are amazing!! I've made them twice so far, and everyone loves them. I wasn't able to get the icing to turn out, so I used an icing recipe off another pumpkin cookie recipe. But truthfully, I prefer these cookies without icing. Problem is you can eat way too many of them!! Made 80 the first time and 100 the second time.

Jet Swirl Pizza Appetizers

Made this today expecting something great. This did not turn out at all. The dough was not done in the middle despite cooking it longer and covering it with foil once the top was brown. Also, there was way too much cheese, and I am a cheese lover. Perhaps my provolone cheese was sliced too thick or something. But I would definitely cut back on the amount of cheese. Putting the meat in the microwave really cut down on the grease, so that was a great idea. I have made much better pizza rolls. If I make this again, I would cut the provolone cheese, and maybe cook at a lower temp for longer.
