THis was a nice recipe, just wanted to add a little information to my fellow allrecipes.com users. This dish should be renamed "Frijoles Cubanos" because in Spanish the adjective goes after the noun, and also I am almost 100% certain that this dish is actually Picadillo, or a variation of it since it differs from region to region. Hope this helps add a little more background to this nice dish, a conversation topic maybe.
