Spaghetti Carbonara II
I think that for a pound of pasta, the whole package of bacon can be used. I did not do that I found that this lacked flavor. I added in some spinach after the egg and that helped a little bit and added addition nutrition. I would also suggest salting the eggs when beaten with maybe a tsp of salt to incorporate flavor. I would also add more parmesan cheese at the end.

Cheesy Sausage Pasta
It was really good. I used spaghetti noodles and added about 1/2 cup of tomato sauce because we used diced tomatoes instead of stewed tomatoes to give it more color and flavor. I also only put about 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese and allowed guests to add more on top if they wanted.

Panang Curry with Chicken
This was really good overall! We tried it the first time with the exact amounts but it needed more curry paste. It gave it way more flavor. I would suggest 2-3 more tablespoons to make 8 tablespoon (or 1/2 cup). I just used to standard cans of coconut milk and added 3 tablespoons of sugar. I also put in bamboo shoots, broccoli, carrots, onions, garlic, and napa cabbage. (That makes a enough for 8 people, its a lot!)
