Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: May 6, 2008
This recipe (as is) is a staple in my house. I usually make enough to freeze and then I can just keep them around for a quick, easy, delicious dinner! My 2 year old son LOVES them!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2006
I used whole wheat flour and they came out great. I would recommend using non-stick spray instead of paper cups. And don't fill them TOO full or else they will bleed together. Next time I will make 7 instead of 6. I will also try other fruits.

Asparagus Quiche

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2006
This was fabulous. I used buttermilk because I didn't have half and half and it came out fine. I will use this again and vary the veggies/meat. Maybe spinach and ham, broccoli, bacon and cheddar. I used a frozen pie crust and baked it for just a few minutes so it wouldn't be too soggy.

Snickerdoodles I

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2005
I just took these out of the oven and I couldn't wait for them to cool to try them! I didn't change anything to the recipe and they came out PERFECT!

Lemon Lush

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2005
The recipe was very good, but I expected it to be much more tangy. Next time I will add lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture and lemon rind to the pudding. I used a pre-made pie crust and it only took me about 5 minutes to make the whole thing! (Half a recipe fit perfectly).

Owen's Veggie Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2004
This is a good base for a stir fry, but I added a few little additions. Adding sesame oil to the sauce will make it a little spicier. Also, if you add some freshly grated ginger along with the garlic, it gives it more zing. Pretty much any veggies will do.

Grilled Mediterranean Vegetable Sandwich

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2003
I added a little balsamic vinegar to the mix and it was fantastic. Make sure your veggies are somewhat dry or else it can get a little gooey after sitting for two hours.
