Shrimp and Andouille Sausage with Mustard Sauce
I think I died and went to fat cajun heaven! Didn't have any fresh mushrooms so I subbed a few tablespoons of cream of mushroom soup, used 2% milk added regular onions along with the green and it turned out amazing. Had to use spicy brown mustard and chardonay, made the flavor irresistable! Threw in some chopped spinach at the end too. Will definately keep this recipe for the future.

Chef John's Macaroni and Cheese
Added some heavy cream, a few other choice cheeses and some beer and this became one of my favorite mac n cheese recipes! Cheers to you, Chef John!

Best Brownies
I think I overcooked these a little bit because I am pretty dissapointed. Added a little more sugar and cocoa to the mix and even after that, they came out a bit bland. Either I overcooked them or the best part of the brownies has to be the frosting(which I didn't make.) Probably won't try this again. It may have been a mistake on my part because I can see all the high ratings on this recipe. Anywho, I won't be making this again. Too bland and reminds me of the cheapy cheap cheap mix I've used before: poor quality, too cakey and flavorless. I don't mean to be so negative but if this was really that good of a recipe, overcooking them wouldn't ruin the batch. Trust a fat man over anyone else to tell you what tastes good and what doesn't. This doesn't.
