Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe

I made this twice.First time excactly the way it was suggested.Second time with double the amount of shrimp.One word.MAGNIFICIENT!!!!!!One of my very favorite recipes.Thanks sooooooo much Rhonda.

Shrimp with Tomatoes and Feta Cheese

This was sooooooo good.Followed as suggested,The only thing different was when I added the feta cheese, I stuck it under the broiler for a few minutes so the cheese was melted.I wil make this over and over again.Thanks Rose Ann.

Avocado Soup with Chicken and Lime

Sirloin Tips and Mushrooms

Loved this recipe.My husband raved.Will defenitly make it again.The only changes I made were I put some peppered flour in a large plastic container and shook the beefcubes in the closed bowl.I also added 2 cubes of beef bouilon a sauteed onion and a couple of bayleaves.There was not a drop left.Thanks Anita.

Creamy Shrimp and Corn Soup

I had a fancy dinner party so I used a can of shrimp celery and cream of chicken soup.I omitted the milk and corn.I used more of the herbs and added some garlic powder and cayenne pepper.I then added 1/3 cup of clam juice.I used 1 1/2 pound of shrimp and a pound of lump crabmeat and when it was done I added sherry wine to it.Everybody loved it and wanted the recipe.Thanks Alisa I defenitly will make this a zillion times.

Asparagus and Mushroom Frittata

I also used less oil and added salt and freshly ground pepper.I found it also blend so I topped it(after it was cooked) with some crispy bacon crumbs that I cooked in the microwave.It made it a little tastier.Henny Frank
