Green Bean and Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2006
This was really good, you can add ham and make it a one dish meal.Would be good for a potluck also,as you can make alot and it is very inexpensive.4 year old daughter declared it the best meal she's had "in her whole life" :O)

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2006
I make this exactly as stated, just pound my chicken kinda thin and about 2 minutes before I remove it squeeze some fresh lemon over it for a lemon garlic chicken...reminds me of RED DEVIL PIZZA's lemon garlic chicken!!(which rules)

I loved this.Very rich with the cream and on the "herb'y" side but I like that.I dont think I would add it to the weekly rotation but it will definately be one of those "blue moon specials"

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2006
This is how I make my pot roasts also...but I only add 1/4 cup water and I cook mine longer(like the meat falling apart)The juice from the roasts adds liquid to the gravy and mine always turns out PERFECT!!I would highly recommend this.

Cherry Almond Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2006
This was another one that turned into a surprise for me...I changed due to what I had...no gluten, and only a 15 oz can pitted dark bing cherries and pecan "chips" maybe 1/2 cups worth.Set on the sweet bread cycle...and it wasn't looking very promising at all...but I decided to let it go and sure enough,by what ended up seeming like a freak accident it right at the end raised up into a beautiful loaf or bread while on the bake cycly and tasted fantastic!I will make it again.
