we love these...I usually cut the recipe in 1/2 for us and add a splash of lemon juice....but these are AWESOME...just refrigerate any leftovers for the next day(works fine)great w/berries or choc chips...BEST EVER...love them!

Buttermilk Oatmeal Muffins

Made these twice..1 st as is...and they were great...but even better we thought next time w/1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 t nutmeg and about a cup or so of chopped apple...YUM!!!

Sour Cream Pork Chops

I made and rated this for the way it's written...it was excellent....but will also be fun to play up the 2nd time 'round with some spices like others have mentioned.The house smelled great...will be wonderful on a cold n snowy day...thank you!

Tortellini Soup II

This was just ok for us...a great easy recipe and even my 8 yr old ate her bowl....but just not our thing but would recommend if you like this type of soup.

Basil Tomato Soup

Made as written...was pretty good...even my 8 year old daughter ate it without complaining...just no real raves....I will say though..when you dip grilled cheese in it...it taste like pizza :P

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

These bars are THE BEST!!!All I add is extra spice(3tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1/2 tsp nutmeg).I also make the frosting w/8oz cream cheese and another sprinkle of cinnamon...perfection!!

This recipe is awesome and soooo easy to change up to your own liking...I toss in a chunk of green pepper that way I can pull it out before serving for the pickier eaters....and I hit the sauce w/a stick blender to control consistency.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

This was a major hit...added 1 tsp vanilla...upped pumpkin to 3/4c and added 1 1/2 tsp cinn,1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1/8 cloves....baked 325 for 40 minutes...had to make another one day after Thanksgiving for my Dad for his birthday.....all the raves and yet SOOO easy to make...gr8 recipe!!
