Balsamic Chicken

My family loved this recipe. We doubled the sauce and I cut the chicken into about 2" strips so the chicken absorbed more of the sauce. This just might be a weekly meal!

Caramel Brownies

This was a delicious and easy recipe. I took these to a picnic and they were a hit. Who knew that a cake mix could taste better then most brownie mixes!

Oven Roasted Potatoes

I love this recipe. My family likes really spicy foods so I added jalapeno slices and onion wedges to the mix. I always make more than needed because the teenagers love to heat them up as snacks.

Absolutely amazing recipe. I read most of the reviews and thought the recipe couldn’t live up to the hype but I was wrong. Easy and delicious! Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and even the most critical guest will be raving. Thank you docswife.

Baklava

I can't say enough about this wonderful recipe. I made it exactly as it is presented except I needed more butter. I used a pastery brush to put the butter on every other phyllo sheet and it was exactly as I remember it when I was in Greece. Thank you NEONWILLIE for sharing.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This was an amazing recipe. My guests loved it. I doubled the sauce because I know my friends like to add it to whatever the side dish is- I made cous cous with this meal- and it was a hit.

Lemon Chicken III

This is the best Lemon Chicken I have ever tasted. I made this recipe For a dinner party and they demanded I email the recipe to some of the guests. I never have enough time to marinate overnite so I'm usually left with a few hours. I also double the sauce because its great over rice.
