I turned it up to medium-low and it came out perfect and didnt take so long.

Flank Steak Pinwheels
My husband and I really liked it. I cooked it for 45 minutes and it came out perfect. I really loved the flavor and ingredients, but I can't give it 5 stars because the meat was a little tough. Overall, I would definitely make it again.

Man-Lovin' Potatoes
Instead of American cheese, I used the shredded mexican blend of cheese. At first it was really good, but when it cooled the cheese got hard and crunchy. I didn't like the cheese, but my husband did. I would recomend following the recipe for the cheese.
