Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo
ITALIAN SEASONING... this one ingredient RUINED the Alfredo sauce for my family. The recipe seemed popular with good reviews, so I decided to try it exactly as written (except for mushrooms). We must like the "Americanized" version of Alfredo - creamy sauce w/more garlic. I used fresh garlic cloves but after putting sauce on pasta, I had to add about 1/4 t. of garlic powder to my plate alone! Everyone ate the meal so I could not give it "one star", but I will never make this recipe "as-is". There are 5 of us in our family, so I'm anxious to see if anyone will choose to eat the left-overs.

"Pantry Raid" Chicken Enchilada Casserole
It's a success when all 5 in my family love a recipe. I followed the recipe exactly. I went by one of the reviews and used cornbread without any sugar. I chose Martha White Buttermilk Cornbread mix and followed the directions on the bag (no egg and 2/3 c milk). I also baked the dish according to the cornbread instructions - 450 degrees for 18-20 mins. It turned out perfect! Thanks for the great recipe.

Smooth Sweet Tea
I do like this recipe and it is a great substitute for the $3/gal Milo's tea my kids are "addicted" to. I seriously think they must be putting something in it to make them want it! lol Since they are "addicted" and even though this tea is really good, my son STILL won't accept this substitute! I may have to begin mixing half and half as a cost savings! Thanks for the recipe!
