Delicious!Instead of sauerkraut,we used a jar of sweet-sour red cabbage, and spray butter on outside of sandwich before broiling. Definetly a keeper!

Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2003
Fantastic! Following advice from other reviewers, I used cream of celery and mushroom soups, along with Ore-Ida O'Brien potatoes. Then mixed all together before baking. Had company over and they sure enjoyed them! Will be making these again!

Basic Hard-Cooked Eggs

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2010
The way I've been doing these for many years is, put eggs in cold water, bring just to the boiling point, then turn to just below simmer and simmer for 20 minutes, cool under cold water.

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2011
Absolutely delicious. The only change I made was to make a Lipton soup mix recipe from the copycat restaurant website. We never buy onion soup mix anymore. Doubled the recipe, and am making them very soon. Thank you so much for this great recipe Donna.

Marinated Pork Chops

Absolutely the BEST pork chops I've ever grilled. Very moist, and tender. Thanks for submitting this one. All I did was left out the salt, due to the soy sauce.

Italian Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2012
The only thing I did different was that I cooked the Italian sausage links in water on low till they were done. Let them cool, and sliced into pieces, and put into food processor, until the texture of ground beef. This way, you get sausage with each and every spoonful of soup. Other than that, this soup is every bit delicious.
