Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2012
These are very easy to make and taste great. I was able to easily adapt it for my multiple food allergic son. I replaced the butter with palm oil shortening and it still came out great.

Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2011
These cookies are awesome! They disappear almost as fast as I can take them out of the oven. This recipe works well with the allergen substitutions I have to make (no nuts, dairy, soy, eggs). I substituted the egg with Ener-g Egg replacer, replaced the margarine with Spectrum shortening, and used allergen free chocolate chips. I used less oats and did have to add some liquid because the dough was quite dry. They are very chocolaty but as a chocoholic family that's OK. This is an awesome new cookie for my food allergic son to enjoy.. with the changes of course.

Soft-N-Fluffy Hamburger Buns

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
These are awesome!!! I followed the recipe exact, except for the wheat gluten because I didn't have any. They turned out great and the only thing I would change is the amount of buns it makes.. ours turned out to be on the small side even though I let them rise in a warm spot. Thank you so much WFDM, now my multiple food allergic son is able to eat a hamburger bun for the first time in his 5 1/2 year life! He's so excited!

Chocolate Frosting I

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2008
This recipe turned out great even with a few substitutes for my food allergic son (peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs). I replaced the butter with 3 TB of light flavored olive oil and rice milk for the milk. I followed the advice of others and heaped the 1/2 cup cocoa powder and used only 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar. The flavor and consistency was great. (It goes great with the Divvies cupcake recipe found on Martha Stewart's website.)

Becki's Oven Barbecue Chicken

Reviewed: May 23, 2007
This is easy to make and my family loves it. I have used chicken breasts and cut them into 1 - 2 inch pieces in place of wings. We rarely have leftovers!
