Incredibly Easy Chicken and Noodles

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2014
Yum yum yum yum yum. I used a "sticky rotisserie chicken" recipe for the chicken used in this recipe and it was to die for. Completely hit the comfort food spot. Makes a ton. Serve over smashed tatoes for feeding a large crowd. Delicious!!

Eclairs II

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2012
Heavenly. Followed to a T. For those saying filling was too runny, your using the wrong size pudding (need 5oz). Absolute. Perfection. Made 18 varied size. First pan was smaller, got the amount needed on the 2nd pan. Used freezer bags to pipe both crust and filling.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2012
Left out the sherry as I never have it and this was delicious over brown rice. Hubby kept telling me all the things the gravy would be good over (noodles, potatoes, openface) lots of ideas from one tasty meal. I doubled the gravy (except for flour) did not add seasoned salt (figured enough in pattys, im more of a add more at the table if needed) and simmered the steaks until hub got home (30+/- min) thanks for sharing, looooved this.

Chicken Milano

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2012
This was superb and 5 stars for flexibility. I used another reviewers suggestion of slicing the chicken into strips and using one pan. I was out of basil (big oops as that makes this recipe) but oregano and a little italian seasoning was so good im anxious to try with just basil. Not a fan of sun dried tomatoes so i used a few spoonfulls of diced from a can. Wonderful recipe.

Baked Chicken Broccoli and Rice

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2012
Great base recipe. The firsr time I tried it with the suggestiin of using 1/4c lemon juice....not for us (was VERY lemony) after making several times I have decided on cubing the chicken, adding salt, garlic powder to the mixture, using frozen broccoli instead if canned and topping with crushed ritz and parm. DELICIOUS! Oh and i always use brown rice (no problems cooking)

Im not a black licorice fan so I subbed vanilla extract for anise. Baked in multiple sizes, some glazed, some powdered, a few plain. All were gobbled up. Great recipe. My german husband said this reminded him of his childhood.

Baked French Fries I

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2012
5 stars for easy and tasty. I used the ziplock and eyeball spices method. Baked at 450 and watched them (as with ALL baking its never a good idea to just leave it and walk away, prevent burning by watching for desired "doneness") took 30 min middle rack turning halfway for me :) Thanks for sharing!!

Carol's Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2012
I use "Garlic Chicken" from this website (Cut up, of course) and omit the garlic powder, onion powder, and poultry seasoning in this recipe as the "Garlic Chicken" provides the flavors. I never add grapes or nuts to chicken salad and didnt have water chestnuts....still DELICIOUS
