Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

The best! Didn't change a thing. Have made it several times. Takes a few times to master the rolling part but worth it! Didn't have to cool the filling and still turned out manageable.

Easy Lasagna I

My family loves this recipe and have fixed it several times. The only thing I modified was using fresh mushrooms instead of canned and used mild sausage instead of ground turkey. I do add whatever I have in the fridge like green or red peppers and spinach. Like the other reviews, you really do have to watch your sauce. Take it easy on the 2nd layer since whatever you spread on the top seeps down. Make sure you cover all of the pasta with sauce since it dries up in the oven. I freeze a batch of these in serving sizes individually wrapped in cling wrap and placed in a freezer bag which lasts a month. Great for bottomless teens and for your pocket!

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

I have made this recipe countless times. I used cranberries instead of raisins since I don't like the taste of it. I have learned from multiple preparations no to over-whisk the dressing as it liquefies. Other than that, it's my family's favorite.

Easy Turkey Curry

This recipe was an excellent start to my modified version. I used the turkey drippings and 1 can of coconut milk in place of the condensed mushroom soup, milk and sour cream and used fresh mushrooms and added 1 whole green pepper and salt to taste. It was awesome and most importantly very quick and easy!
