Skillet Herbed Chicken with Mustard

I only used 1/2 the herbs and it was still WAY too strong for me. Hubby thought it was okay and ate it. I couldn't get it down. Sorry, not for me.

Oven Roasted Potatoes

These were not great for me. All the spices were a bit overwhelming and the crushed red pepper was a little too hot for me on a potato. Sorry.

Excellent!! I added some hamburger meat for my husband and it was awesome. I think next time I'll omit the macaroni noodles since they're so small and just use more rotini noodles. Will definitely make again!

Easy Slow Cooker Chicken

This was okay. I added 1 cup water and some pepper. My rice wasn't crunchy like lots of other folks, but I just wasn't really jazzed by it. My hubby liked it though. I think it was a little too rich for me.

Julia's Easy Slow Cooker Chicken

When cooking this, it was way too thick--I added water after about 6 hours. I didn't think it was bland like other folks, but maybe it's because I cut my chicken up into pieces. My husband liked it and had two helpings. I, on the other hand, couldn't eat it. I didn't like the consistency of the potatoes, and the sauce was kind of over-powering.
